Terms and Conditions

In accepting the terms and conditions you are indicating that you have approval and funding from your school / organisation to attend or you are committed to funding course costs by alternative means.

Course refunds and cancellations

If a course is cancelled or rescheduled, Don’t Panic STEM Curriculum Support will notify the participants as early as possible. Don’t Panic STEM Curriculum Support will not accept any responsibility for losses incurred by the school or participant or any other party brought about by changes to any event.

Participant Cancellation Conditions

To qualify for a full refund a notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing or by email and acknowledged 14 days prior to the event.
A 50% refund applies to cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the event with no refund thereafter.
Substitutions are acceptable at any time and the substitute will receive all course materials and resources, on behalf of the original attendee.

Failure to attend

Where a participant has booked and the course has been paid for but the participant or replacement cannot attend on the day, giving no notice to Don’t Panic, this is regarded as a ‘no-show’.
No Shows are liable for full payment of course fees.

Conditions for “Onsite –at your school” courses only: In addition, to all other conditions, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancelled events. If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the date of the event, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
